We all have our favorite days of the week, and they probably change somewhat based on what days off we have from work.
October is both a happy and sad month for me. My second favorite holiday of the year is Halloween, but it’s also the month my mother died on Saturday, October 12, 1996. Saturday, despite being a weekend day, is among my least favorite days of the week. Here are my least to most favorite days of the week:
7. Monday (least favorite, first work day of week for many people, tends to be high stress day)
6. Saturday (ruined by the day of week my mother died)
5. Sunday (weekend about to end)
4. Tuesday (it’s early in the work week)
3. Thursday (one more work day for weekend to begin, but also have called it ThurSAWday in the past)
2. Wednesday (it’s Humpday, and part of it is closer to the weekend!)
1. Friday (TGIF! Who does not love Friday?)
