This week’s featured game is Frogger (arcade, 1981).
Season 3, Week 4 of Score Chasing begins Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 12:00:01 PST (GMT-8) featuring Frogger, the arcade version. This article will tell you everything you need to know about how to join our group and play.

First, let’s learn more about Frogger (Arcade). How is the game played via Frogger – Videogame by Sega/Gremlin | Museum of the Game (arcade-museum.com)
Try and get your frog from one side of the road, over the river and into your home. To complete a level you must dodge cars, jump on logs and alligator backs while avoiding snakes, alligators, and otters. Bonuses are awarded for getting bugs that momentarily appear, escorting lady frogs home, and getting five frogs safely home.

This will take you directly to the official PGM iScored Score Chasing Scoreboard at the spot where you will enter your score on Frogger (Arcade). Where can you play? Here are a few suggestions (alphabetical order) but is not a complete list by any means:
- Arcade – yes, check your local area for barcades, arcades, mallcades, etc. You might have an arcade machine nearby and play might still be a quarter!
- Various Emulated / MAME / CoinOpsX / etc – emulated versions are allowed, but we do not typically link to these sources.
- Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch – search the stores for consoles for “arcade archives” as sometimes there are licensed versions of the games we feature available.
Now that you have located where to play, simply start playing to establish your personal best score. The goal of score chasing is not a typical leaderboard high score, be the top score tournament. We simply want you to play and beat your personal best.
