Murtop (https://store.steampowered.com/app/2148170/Murtop/ $4.99 regular price, goes on sale during the Steam sales if you want to wishlist for later) – it’s Dig Dug … with bombs instead of a pump. Yes, a modern Dig Dug clone, that even has a ROM startup screen. This one is made for play on your home arcade multicade system, like OTG via the Atgames Legends Ultimate or, heck, just on your Steam Deck or PC.
It’s that time of the week again to check for noteworthy game releases for PC/Steam, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch via Metacritic. We also discuss these games live on the High Noon with Hollywood Polo stream at noon Tuesdays PST (GMT-8) here: https://www.twitch.tv/playgamesmoredotcom including commentary from other PGM members, wishlist interest and more.

SUMMARY
Guess I’m rolling with just get and play Murtop this week, but maybe some of the others will appeal to others reading. I hope so 🙂 Always like hearing about games people enjoy playing, but most of the new games that come out each week, since we started doing this, do not appeal to me at the price points being offered. The Sims DLC at $40?! A New Earth Defense Force game at $59.99 (on sale this week)?
To you, friendly reader, are you excited about any of these new games coming out this week? Or what about Murtop? Have you played that?
