Need More Hulk games

Have long been a fan of The Incredible Hulk, notably the Marvel comic book character (pictured above) and the 70s TV show (List of The Incredible Hulk (1978 TV series) episodes – Wikipedia) starring Lou Ferrigno as Hulk and Bill Bixby as Dr. David Banner.

One of the things that really captured me with the late 70s TV show adaptation was how the humanity of Hulk was captured, the eerie piano music, not to mention one of the best TV show intros ever made where the montage flows into a split screen with Banner and Hulk. The transformation was always pretty cool, too, despite the continuity and issues of how the guy always ended up shrinking back into his pants, but hey, you can’t have everything.

There always seemed to be a good moral tale to be told and we kept watching to see when Hulk was going to appear and do some damage. Usually, Hulk’s appearance were like, hey, he’s the good guy and we want him to take out the bad guys. Dr. Banner roamed the lands looking for a cure to his condition, trying to cure his condition of getting angry and turning into the Hulk.

Recently, Fandango/Vudu (https://athome.fandango.com/content/browse/details/The-Incredible-Hulk-1977-The-Complete-Series-Bundle-/2783386) was running a sale to get the complete TV series for $19.99 USD, so I scooped it up to watch back through the older episodes.

While I haven’t cared as much for the movie adaptations of Hulk — he’s just been too CGI compared to the TV series — I’ve always looked forward to seeing more Hulk in games. Marvel vs. Capcom featured Hulk and there was a Gottlieb pinball machine in the 70s featuring The Incredible Hulk (https://pinside.com/pinball/machine/incredible-hulk), by and large it’s been a character with not a huge amount of gaming crossover.

I’d like to see and play more games that feature Hulk. How about you?
